ABOUT US
Joy Slattery
Joy has worked only in the Family Law arena for over 36 years and was first employed by the Family Court of Australia between 1989 and 2001 as a Counsellor. Since leaving the Family Court in July 2001, she has been in private practice. Over the years, Joy has gained an invaluable amount of experience, knowledge and skills during her dealings with Family Law matters.
Joy's primary business is the preparation of family reports, short form reports and update reports.

Fees
- Full Family Report - $8800
- Full Family Report (3 parties) - $9900
- Update Family Report <12 months - $5500
- Update Family Report >12 & <18 Months - $6600
- Update Family Report >18 & <24 Months - $7700
- Short Form Report - $6600
- Full Family Report after Short Report <12 months - $6600
- Counselling $330 p/hour
All prices quoted include GST and are subject to change
Additional Costs
- •$990 for a half day of evidence (or any part thereof)
- •$1980 for a full day of evidence (or any part thereof)
- •$650 for evidence via electronically including Telephone and MS Teams
- •$330 per hour (including travel to and from Court) to view subpoena material — no additional cost if supplied (conditions apply)
